The 18-year-old witness was fishing on the seashore at the Remy military base when he began to hear sounds coming from behind bushes near his location. It was like tiny feet running back and forth.
He went to investigate and came across a humanoid four feet (1.2 m) tall, described as very thin, with a large head and large oval-shaped black eyes, with gray skin and long skinny arms. The creature stared at the witness, who began to hear a message in his head telling him not to be afraid, "that he was chosen to tell humanity about the impending catastrophes."
The witness ran away from the spot, but looked back and saw that the little creature had run over the embankment and was out of sight.
A few moments later, a large round shiny object rose from the same spot and flew away at high speed.
