Initial data
The witness was ordered to check a section of suburban road in the driveway that bisects blocks of houses near his home, due to reports of unusual sightings in the area.
One night, as he was looking at a fence about 20 feet (6 m) away, a humanoid suddenly came into view.
He was described as being at least 7 feet (2.1 m) tall and wearing dark heavy clothing. It had a white pear-shaped head with two dark eye sockets as its only facial features. The head was crowned with thick orange hair, flat on top, which gave the face the appearance of an inverted triangle. His arms were very long and almost touched the ground, and it seemed that in one of his gloved hands he was carrying a black doctor's bag.
Despite his sinister appearance, the witness was not afraid and watched as he repeatedly took a step forward and then returned to his seat. It seemed to disappear after about 10 minutes.
