Rene Revilla bought a piece of land very close to the East Everglades and encountered various types of phenomena in the area.
Twice during the summer he was visited by a tall stranger who asked him various questions about his goals in the area. Strange was described as a man of the Nordic type, very strong and tall, with impeccable features, always dressed in a gray suit and tie. He seemed to have some sort of accent that the witness couldn't identify.
On the two occasions when he came to the ranch, the witness did not see the mode of transport, he had apparently left by the time the witness came out to see him off.

Rene Revilla had bought a piece of property very close to the East Everglades and had encountered differed type of phenomena in the area. Twice during the course of the summer a tall stranger who asked him different questions as to his purposes in the area visited him. The strange was described as a Nordic type man, very strong and tall, with immaculate features, and always wearing a gray suit and tie. He seemed to have some type of accent that the witness could not place.
