The witness was fishing along a mangrove channel when he noticed a group of small 3.5 ft (1 m) tall figures walking among the bushes on the shore.
They were all alike, very thin, with large egg-shaped heads, large elongated black eyes, a small nose, and a very pale complexion. They were dressed in tight-fitting silver-gray outfits.
They seemed curious about the witness, but when he tried to approach, they ran away and disappeared into the bushes.

They seemed to be curious towards the witness but when he tried to approach, they ran off and disappeared into the brush.
