Sergei Artemov was returning in his truck from Kursk when he noticed an orange glow hovering over a nearby pond.
Approaching it, Sergey was surprised to see a bright spherical object hovering over the water about eight meters in diameter. Frightened, Artemov sped away, quickly rushing past the pond. However, when he looked in the side mirror, he realized that the UFO was following him. The UFO began to chase Artemov's truck along a deserted road towards the village.
Artemov drove up to his brother's house at full speed, jumping out of the car and waking his brother.
The two men then hid in a shed and watched as the UFO hovered about 2 meters off the ground near the outskirts of the village. Suddenly, a hole was visible on the object, and something resembling a ladder was lowered to the ground.
Immediately after, several humanoid figures in shiny suits left the sphere. The humanoids walked around the fields, occasionally bending over as if searching for something.
They did this for about 15 minutes, and then returned to the floating sphere, which then silently flew away.

Summary: Sergey Artemov was returning in his truck from Kursk when he noticed an orange radiance hovering above a nearby pond. As he approached Sergey was astonished to see hovering above the water a bright spherical object, approximately eight meters in diameter. Frightened, Artemov sped away from the area, rapidly rushing past the pond. However glancing into his lateral mirror he realized that the UFO was following him. The UFO began to chasing Artemov’s truck along the lonely road and into the village. Arriving at his brother’s house at full speed Artemov jumped out of the truck and woke his brother up. Both men then hid in the shed and watched the UFO hovering about 2 meters from the ground not far from the outskirts of the village. Suddenly an aperture became visible on the object and something resembling stairs was lowered to the ground. Immediately after that several humanoid figures wearing shiny suits left the sphere. The humanoids walked around the fields at times bending over as if looking for something. They did this for about 15 minutes and then returned to the hovering sphere, which then noiselessly flew away.
