A bus driver near the village reported that he saw two powerful red lights on the road, next to them stood a short humanoid figure with a pear-shaped head, two large slanted eyes and extremely long dangling arms. The figure's body was a steely blue color.

After the incident, the witness suffered from headaches and bleeding eyes.
