Initial data
Mary Quinones was working in the backyard near her rabbit cages when she felt something heavy fall behind her.
As she turned to look in the direction of the noise, she was confronted by a 5-foot (1.5 m) creature that stared at her with large red glowing eyes. The creature seemed to have some sort of membrane between its fingers and a large membrane that seemed to connect its armpits to the abdomen area. His entire body seemed to be covered with many tiny sharp threads. The creature also seemed to be able to change skin color like a chameleon.
The creature opened its mouth, revealing two large fangs and the red inside of its mouth. The witness was able to scream, and at that moment the creature disappeared into the nearby forest in long, fast leaps.
In a nearby field, the creature apparently attacked a horse, and the locals then chased it into the woods.
