Dionisio, 66, a retired farmer, was walking through a field and sat down on a rock next to a tree.
Suddenly, there was a very strong and pungent smell in the air, and a faint buzzing sound could be heard. Then he noticed an object hovering above the ground, near the nearest power lines.
The object was shaped like a dome, was shiny and metallic, and had several oval-shaped windows made of black glass. It was about three meters long and one and a half meters high. On one side of the object, he noticed some inscriptions, some of which resembled "IOIO", and on top of the object there were several cables that were apparently connected to the nearest power lines.
Dionisio also noticed a curious fact: if he moved back about 3 meters, he could no longer see the object, but as soon as he moved forward again, he was able to see it.
Suddenly, he saw three figures standing next to the object, they were about six feet (1.8 m) tall. There were two men and one woman. They were wearing tight, one-piece silver outfits. The humanoid faces were Asian, with high cheekbones, very pale skin, and slanted eyes.
They had large hands with five long, well-shaped fingers, and their mouths were like slits. They also wore silver boots. Suddenly, the witness felt something hit him in the chest, looking up, he noticed that the woman gave him a signal, and one of the men knelt next to the object.
Soon, he began to hear voices in his head. Startled, he hid behind the rocks, and then he heard a buzzing sound and noticed the pungent smell again. As he emerged from the rocks, he noticed that the humanoids and the object had disappeared. At the scene, investigators found traces of earth. A mysterious rock was also found at this place.
At the same time, other residents of the region saw low-flying lights and objects.

He then noticed an object hovering near the ground, next to some nearby power lines. The object was shaped like a dome & was shiny & metallic, it also had several black glass oval shaped windows. It was about 3 meters in length & 1 & a half-meter in height. On one side of the object he noticed what appeared to be some inscriptions, part of it resembling “IOIO” and from the top of the object there were some cables that were apparently connected to the nearby power lines. Soon he began hearing voices in his head. Frightened he hid behind some rocks, and then he heard the humming sound & noticed the pungent odor again. Coming out from the rocks he noticed that the humanoids and the object were gone. Investigators found ground traces at the site. A mysterious rock was also found at the site. During the same time others in the region saw low flying lights and objects.
