A man named Argelio reported that for almost a whole month at night, he heard a loud sound, similar to the sound of an engine, as if the car was gaining speed. He then saw the object, surrounded by lights, land on a nearby field.
Three small humanoids with large heads and huge, glittering eyes were emerging from the facility and walking to the abandoned hangar where he was sleeping. Then the little creatures would open the door, go inside, and look at him. Sometimes he would hide, but they would still find him.
Once he had boarded up the hangar, but the little men still looked at him through the cracks and holes. The witness refused to divulge any further information for fear of ridicule.
