Juan Hernandez was driving his car near the city when he saw a bright star-like object suddenly descending over the surrounding area. He stopped his car near a local bridge to get a better look at the object.
The bright blue light approached his position, taking on a turquoise hue. Then the witness saw the ship behind the headlights. He described it as a huge triangular-shaped vessel with a transparent dome at the top. Inside the dome, he saw a tall humanoid figure looking down at him. The figure seemed thin, with a large onion-shaped head; he also noticed that he had large dark eyes.
As he was looking at the ship, he was suddenly illuminated by a bright beam of light. At this moment, he felt a strong sense of peace. The ship was silent, and colored lights flickered on it. Then the machine began to slowly move away. He got into his car and tried to follow the object, but his path was blocked by something that looked like a military vehicle.
Several men in black military uniforms warned him not to pursue the object, otherwise something "could happen"to him.
The ship soon disappeared from sight, and the men and the war machine left the area.

He stopped his car near a local bridge in order to obtain a better view of the object. The bright blue light approached his position changing into a turquoise tint. The witness then saw a ship behind the lights. He described it as a huge triangular shaped craft, with a transparent cupola on top. Inside the cupola he could see a tall humanoid figure looking down on him. The figure appeared thin, with a large bulb-shaped head; he also noticed that it had large dark eyes. While looking at the craft a bright beam of light suddenly illuminated him. At that moment he felt a great sense of peace. The craft was silent and it had blinking multi-colored lights. The craft then began to move slowly away. He got inside his vehicle and attempted to follow the object, but his path was blocked by what appeared to be a military vehicle. Several men wearing black military outfits warned him not to follow the object or something might “happen” to him. The craft was soon lost from sight, and the men & military vehicle left the area.
