Local ufologist John Tostee and two other men saw several bright objects hovering over the local power plant.

Tostee decided to drive along the isolated Snoddy Road and tried to signal the objects with a flashlight. Two objects dropped to his position.

When one object approached his vehicle, the engine and electrical system stalled. Tostee could make out a disc-shaped metal object with a small circular dome and even a smaller dome at the top. A blue glow was radiating from the lower part of the ship.

Around the middle of the ship was a row of square windows, which glowed with yellow-amber light.

Inside the ship, he saw the silhouettes of several people with large heads. He tried to communicate by waving his arms, but was apparently ignored.

Two bright, smaller spherical objects emerged from the disk, which then took off at a very high speed, joining other objects in the sky.

Then the objects left the territory.

A blue glow emanated from the bottom of the craft. Around the middle of the craft was a row of square window, showing a yellow to amber ambient light within. Inside the craft he saw the silhouettes of several individuals with large heads. He attempted to communicate by waving his arms, but was apparently ignored. Two smaller bright spherical objects emerged from the disc, which then shot up at very high speed, joining the other objects in the sky. The objects then left the area.
