Jerry Wislau was herding cattle when one of the animals broke free and ran into the field. He chased after the animal, which abruptly stopped near a tree.
As he approached the cow, a large, hairy animal suddenly jumped in front of him from a nearby tree. At first, he thought it might be a monkey, but upon closer inspection, he noticed that the creature was about 2 meters tall and completely covered in dark hair.
He couldn't see his features clearly, but he noticed two large white fangs and black slanted eyes. He was very strong, and he had long, sharp black nails on his hands.
The witness became a little worried, noticing that the creature was moving its hands (claws) and making a strange "trac trac"sound. He ran home and together with his wife decided to go to the city and tell about what he had seen.
Soon they heard a sound like a loud bark, and looking back, they noticed that the creature was rapidly approaching them. The creature stopped and walked away as the witnesses approached a lighted area near the city.

The witness became a little bit concerned as he noticed that the creature was moving its hands (claws) and making a strange “trac trac” noise. He ran back home and along with his wife decided to go into town and report what he had seen. They soon heard a soon similar to a loud bark and looking behind them noticed that the creature was quickly approaching them. The creature stopped and left as the witnesses approached a lighted area near the town.
