The two witnesses were parked in an open field when suddenly a flashing blue light flashed over the field, and they both saw a hovering object resembling an "invisible fighter" with more rounded wings over a nearby road.

The ship descended vertically and landed. Several figures emerged from the object. They had long arms and small "heads". They looked around briefly, then returned to the interior of the facility.

Then the object rose up and after a few seconds disappeared. Other residents in the area reported seeing a bright light over the area around the same time.
