The barking of five stray puppies, heard in the barn some time ago, suddenly woke Professor Liliana Romero Castillo. The puppies lived in the yard with her ferocious mastiff.
She looked out the window and saw the back of a huge man over 6ft 8in (2m) tall. The shoulder blades were split open, as if it had wings. He looked hunched over, as if he was strangling someone.
After an unsuccessful attempt to wake her husband, she looked out the window again, but the tall, winged creature was not there.
The next day, the children found a dead dog in an alley. He had puncture marks in the throat area.

She looked through the window to see the back of what appeared to be an immense man, standing more than 6-feet 8 inches tall. The shoulder blades were split, as if he had wings. He appeared to be hunched over as if choking somebody. After attempting to wake up her husband without success, she looked out the window again but the tall winged creature was gone. The next day some of the children found a dead dog in the alleyway. It appeared to have puncture marks on the throat area.
