The witness was walking his dog through the city limits on a secluded street when he came across an open field and noticed that his dog was approaching a strange figure.
At first, he didn't know what it was until he looked closer. The figure didn't move and just stared at the approaching witness, seemingly not worried about the dog. The figure was dark and seemed to be lying on its elbows or knees, perhaps trying to hide.
The witness and his dog then left the area.
