Enrique Rodriguez and a group of friends were out in the open in their hometown, located across Newark Bay from New York's Staten Island neighborhood, when they noticed something very strange.

"The alien ran to the left behind the trees and disappeared."

Enrique reported describing the creature as a tall, grayish figure with long, large black-and-brown eyes, long arms, and fingers. He also had no mouth, only eyes.

Rodriguez was in his friend's backyard when he saw this. The others got scared and ran, but he just stood there and stared, and the thing stared at him until it was out of sight.

Enrique said the creature had gray skin, resembling that of a small dinosaur, very shiny and between 6 and 8 feet (1.8-2.4 m) tall.

He called the police, who bullied him, but checked all the yards. Apparently nothing was found.
