Three witnesses, including a husband and wife, watched a dark, human-like figure flying through the air without any means of movement, approaching from the direction of nearby Cerro de la Cuesta.
The figure was motionless, its arms hanging at its sides, it was completely motionless. The figure glided high above the location of the witnesses and quickly disappeared from view over a nearby mountain.
Other witnesses in the region reported tall human figures in shiny robes also flying over fields and mountains.

Summary: Three witnesses, including a husband and wife watched a dark man-like figure flying in the air without any means of propulsion approaching from nearby Cerro de La Cuesta. The figure was rigid with its arms straight down on its sides, completely unmoving. The figure glided high above the witnesses’ location and quickly disappeared from sight over a nearby mountain. Other witnesses in the region have reported tall human-like figures with shiny outfits also flying over the fields and mountains.
