On that day, a team of investigators was at the home of Enrique Ortiz, waiting for the rest of the team to arrive to begin the investigation in La Parguera.
The witness, Sindia Medina, said that between the house and the gazebo where the group was sitting, she saw a dark figure, thin, with a large head and a sharp chin. Later, she saw a "shadow" in front of a cloud in the east at an altitude of about 20 degrees. Sindia then began filming "the cloud" with Andrew Alvarez's video camera.
Later, while watching the video, they noticed that the "shadow" seemed to go in and out of the cloud on different occasions, and was shaped like a diamond. Later, the other investigators arrived, and they all went to La Pargoura.

On this date a group of investigators where at the home of Enrique Ortiz waiting for the rest of the group to show up in order to initiate an investigation at La Parguera. The witness, Cindia Medina, reported that between the house and the gazebo where the group was sitting she saw a shadowy figure, thin with a large head, and pointed chin.
