The discovery occurred at about 13: 00 on October 12, 2013, when a witness noticed a disc-shaped object flying from the northeast and moving over it.
"The object did not make a sound," the witness said. "There was no trace of him. There were no visible wings."
The witness uploaded a 22-second video, captured on a phone camera, with the report, which was sent to MUFON (not published) on October 12, 2013.
"The disk moved from southwest to northeast over the western horizon. Shortly after, another object of the same size and shape, without wings, without tracks, without sound, flew from the east (Binghamton, New York) to the northwest, but higher in the sky than the first object. Having watched thousands of flights over this area over the past 30 years, I've never seen anything like this before."
