Initial data
The witness went outside with his dogs at 20: 00 on June 11, 2015, when the object was first seen.

The witness has a military background.
"I'm a former Navy lifeguard, so I know all about airplane warning lights, and I've never seen anything like it in the army."
The video shows three white flashing lights in three corners of the ship. The witness also provided one frame of the object. The case was reported to MUFON on June 20, 2015, and was investigated by North Carolina-based MUFON field investigator Sanford Davis. The case was dismissed by Davis as unknown.
"Four days later, another triangle was spotted by two witnesses 50 miles away in case # 66524," Davis said in his report. Davis stated that the object in the video "looks military, maybe it's some kind of black project aircraft, a black triangle, a kind of Astra, TR3B."
In case 66524, a witness near Gastonia, North Carolina, noticed a black triangle with flashing lights. The witness stated that the object covered 150 miles in less than one minute. David also closed the case as " Unknown."
