The witness was walking with his dogs in the county park by the stream, it was foggy, but visibility was not bad because of the full moon.
About 20-30 yards (18-27 m) in front of him, something shot through the path along which he was walking from the stream, into a group of trees, it looked like a dark shadow and flew at a very high speed.
Both of his dogs got scared and clung to his legs, whining, but this was very unusual, since one of the dogs is a long-haired German Shepherd that he saved from dog wrestlers, and was still very angry when afraid. Another dog is a Great Dane, who is 7 months old, who thinks that everything is toys.
He continued walking in the same direction for about 40 yards (36 m) when he reappeared about 30-40 yards (27-36 m) away from him, but crossed a large open space so that he could see more clearly. the dogs were still scared, so he turned around and took them home, returning with a camera, but the creature had already disappeared.
The creature was described as about 24-30 inches (51.4-76.2 cm) tall with a head the size of a grapefruit and round as one, a long body, no waist, very thin arms and legs, from gray to black in color. He couldn't see the eyes. He was running in an upright position, but at an incredible speed.

Summary: The witness was walking his dogs through a county park alongside a stream, it was misty but visibility was quite good due to a full moon. About 20 to 30 yards in front of him something shot across the path he was on from the stream and into a clump of trees, it was like a dark shadow and was going at really fast speed. Both of his dogs became frightened and cowered behind him glued to his legs, whining, this alone was very unusual as one of the dogs is a long hair German Shepherd who he had rescued from dog fighters and was very vicious when afraid until now and the other dog is a 7month old Great Dane who thinks everything is a toy. He continued walking in the same direction for about 40 yards when it reappeared about 30 to 40 yards from him but was crossing a large open space so he was able to see more clearly, the dogs were still terrified so he turned around and took them home returning with a camera but the creature was already gone. The creature was described as about 24-30inches tall with the head the size of a grapefruit and round like one, long body, no waist, very skinny arms and legs, gray to black in color. He couldn’t see any eyes and ran in an upright posture but at an unbelievable speed.
