The witness had just arrived home and was getting off his bike when he noticed something crossing the street out of the corner of his eye-he looked up to catch a fleeting outline of a bipedal albino / human figure at least 8-10 feet (2.4 - 3 m) tall, which very much crossed the street. quickly and disappeared into the neighbor's yard about 30 meters away.
He put the dog inside and immediately rode his bike down the connecting street to make sure that it was someone who ran out for a run late at night (for his own peace of mind). However, after searching the surrounding streets, he did not find any runners.
He also reported that the creature's head was huge; although in general it seemed to be a very large and strong creature.

Summary: The witness had just arrived home and was getting off his bike when he peripherally noticed something crossing the street—he glanced up to catch a fleeting outline of a bipedal albino/human looking figure at least 8 to 10 ft tall, which crossed the street very quickly and disappeared into a neighbor’s yard approximately 30 meters away. He put the dog inside and immediately took off on his bike down the connecting street to verify that it was someone out for a late night run (for his own peace of mind). However after scouring the surrounding streets he found no joggers. He also reported that the creature’s head was huge; though overall it seemed to be a very large and strong creature.
