Moreover, the "leg" of the compass is at least thirty meters in length - this was the radius of the largest circle. The stripes neatly "stepped over" the sides of the sandbox. Bushes and thickets passed by without crushing them at all.

- No, you can't build such a thing with a broom, - the commission of inquiry, consisting of educators, nannies and parents, agreed with the janitor.

The night watchman Nadezhda Maslakova was immediately interrogated. "I didn't see or hear anything," she assured, "if the young people were joking, I wouldn't have missed it."

- Yes - this is not a human handiwork, - the staff of the kindergarten "Ogonyok" decided. - And it's just physically impossible to do this manually. It was rumored that at night, on the eve of the incident, cats were screaming wildly in nearby houses. Some eyewitnesses observed a pinkish glow in the sky above the kindergarten area.

Employees of the "affected" institution, trying to capture the mysterious circles, were disappointed - the photos did not work out. Local TV crews who arrived at the signal also told about the equipment failure.

Another commission was immediately called: the chief sanitary doctor of the city, the head of the city Ministry of Emergency Situations, officials from the city administration and the Department of Education.

Sanitary doctors and rescuers made radiation measurements. The background turned out to be normal. Everyone calmed down a little, but children who were eager to "look at the rings" were not allowed to go to the abnormal spirals, just in case.

And the next morning, someone left mysterious footprints at the kindergarten again. This time, not spirals, but circles. They were drawn on the snow-covered bottom of an outdoor summer pool.
