The researcher claims that he has evidence of the existence of the British Bigfoot. Lee Brickley discovered footprints and claw marks after ten years of searching for the ape-like beast.

The 33-year-old man says that the size of the print was intimidating - 41 cm from toe to heel - almost twice as large as a man of the eighth size. Lee knows people will think he's "crazy," but hopes to prove them wrong. He said:

"When I show them the photos, they are amazed."

In the Cannock Chase area in Staffordshire, yeti-like creatures were spotted back in the 1800s.

Lee has heard about 12 in the last two years and even set up camp in the woods trying to spot the creature known in the US as the Sasquatch. 

He said:

"A lot of people now regularly send me messages asking for updates. I received an anonymous email from a man saying he was flying a remote-controlled aircraft over Gentleshaw Common in Cannock Chase and he said he saw something unusual. With his description of the place, I immediately went there and found the trail. I was amazed ... I've never seen such a large footprint in my life, and it clearly wasn't made with a mold or a cast. 

It was probably at that moment that I realized that Bigfoot Cannock Chase was more than just a myth."

A month later, Lee found claw marks on a tree near a mutilated deer. He said:

"It looked like something had bitten and then ripped out its throat before eating from the torso. You've probably seen a lot of dead deer on Cannock Chase-they were often hit by cars-but it was unusual to see one in such a state."

Lee claims that he once caught a glimpse of Bigfoot while working on his book.

He said:

"I can't say exactly what it was, since it was about 7 p.m., and it was getting dark, and the figure was covered in shadow. He definitely moved more like an animal than a human, and he was seven feet tall. I tried to run after him, but he was too fast and disappeared into a dense grove of trees."

Lee has been fascinated by Bigfoot since childhood. He said:

"I remember watching documentaries about Bigfoot with my father when I was young. All known sightings took place in America, so when I was a little older, I started researching any sightings in the UK that I could find. I just kept going from there, and here I am."

Lee has published several books about supernatural phenomena at Cannock Chase, including his latest book about Bigfoot.

Lee said:

"Back in the 1800s, there were many sightings of ape-man-type creatures in Staffordshire. Reports of these sightings seem to have increased dramatically in number and frequency since the beginning of 2019. I think people like to keep an open mind about these things. Especially after they read the reports and saw the evidence with their own eyes."
