Land creatures. Russia

The story is a horror story told by Alexander Chilikin, who lives on Ryleeva St.:

"I want to tell you a story that happened to me in 1998. It was in Tambov. At that time there was no Moscow microdistrict, and the village of Severny was just beginning to be built. I was 15 years old then. 

On one of the usual summer nights, my friend Alexey and two girls quietly left the house at night and went to the nearest vacant lot near the village of Severny, knowing that our familiar guys arrived there and stayed in an unfinished house. We came to them, a bonfire, wine, baked potatoes, a guitar - in short, we had a good time. It's three o'clock in the morning, it's barely getting light, it's time to go home. The four of us, as we came, we went back. We walked straight through the wasteland, just in case, without using the main road, so as not to run into the locals. Moving away from the fire 40 meters, I noticed some movement on the road. 

Everyone stopped on command and became alert. At first we thought that the local guys decided to scare us. The alcohol in their blood prompted them to scare them in response. We moved to the road and when we got about five meters away we saw movement again, but immediately realized that it was some kind of strange creature and believe me, when I say strange, I'm not exaggerating! In front of us was something or someone four meters tall, obviously woolen. In the dark, I could not see either the face or the muzzle, but I immediately felt uneasy. I want to tell you that I am not a timid person and since childhood I have been with my father on forests and lakes since I was 8 years old. Everyone knew that with nature I'm on you! And now I see it, something and the brain does not give classification, what do I see? 

It feels like a moose standing on its hind legs. But the fear appeared downright animal! After exchanging glances and agreeing on nothing, we moved towards Ryleeva St. straight across the wasteland. It moved parallel to us. There was a noise from dead wood in my ears, but we were breaking dry thistles and bushes, the creature moved noisily. We ran and it ran, we stopped and it too. And then, between the fence of the rack and the old road there was a power line and bushes did not grow under it, such a wasteland, 30 meters wide. So I ran across this wasteland as I don't remember and I flew over a fence (such as a concrete fence, 2.2 -2.3 meters high) with barely touching my hands.

 In my usual state, I would approach the fence, jump up and do a two-way exit, and then throw one leg over, and then the other. This time I jumped over it as if it was 1.5 m high. Realizing that the girls definitely won't be able to, I turned around and the girls and Lech landed on me from the fence. They flew over the fence synchronously. When we went to the wasteland, Alexey and I helped them to climb over, they could not do it themselves. An incomprehensible creature ran after us to the power line and did not go to the construction site. I generally blamed everything on alcohol with age, but just a month ago, my younger brother, born in 1980, who was vacationing there that summer, tells a simpler story. According to him, he saw the same creature, only in the evening and right on the old wasteland road. And you know, it's a little scary for me to go there for some reason???".
