Initial data
August 1970. Kamchatka. Kronotsky Lake. The oceanologist Agarkov, who led the hydrological exploration on this lake, testifies:
"On one of the August days in good weather, the four of us, being in a motor boat on the lake, suddenly saw a dome of rising water formed one kilometer away from us, from which an oval gray object with a diameter of 40-50 m flew out.
The object slowly rose to a height of 200-250 m at an angle of 70-80` to the horizon, somewhat approaching the boat, and hovered motionless. The boat's engine immediately stopped working. We were all scared and were in a daze for a minute and a half, and then decided to move to the shore on oars.
After a while, the object took off and rushed towards the ocean at a very high speed, after which the boat engine started working again."
