On August 29, 1990, the UFO was observed by the artist of the association "Chechingphoto" Evgeny Stepanovich Konovalov. Here's what he said in an interview with the Voice of Chechen-Ingushetia newspaper:
"About half past eleven at night from the kitchen of my apartment, located on the 9th floor of the house on Lenin Street, I noticed a bright light stream high in the sky. I have never seen such a powerful glow from this side, and even at such a late hour. I immediately went out to the loggia to see him.
What at first seemed to be a glow was a clearly outlined unusual glowing object that hung motionless above the ground in the area of Chernorechye. The object looked like a hat and at the same time resembled a jellyfish. The upper part of it glowed along the rim. And in the middle there were some flashlights, like portholes. After about five minutes, the object began to fade slowly, without changing its size, and then disappeared.
After a while, it began to appear in the sky again, like an incandescent lamp, but it was already much dimmer than before – and disappeared again...".

Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
