The clientele of the store in Novosibirsk has changed dramatically after the loud statement of the seller. Now scientists and psychics are coming here more and more often. The cashier assures that a customer from the other world (a ghost) looked in on her during the night shift. And demonstrates the video proof.

Natalia is now a real celebrity. The seller claims that she almost fell victim to a ghost. During the night watch, something, Natalia says, was breaking into the store's doors. And, apparently, accidentally got into the lens of a surveillance camera.

Natalia Goncharova:

"The knocking just started, I went to look several times — there was no one. I paid attention to the cameras and saw this silhouette. Just like a face and that's it. We are here, and the door is a little shaky, as if someone is knocking."

Natalia posted the video evidence online. Many Internet users saw in these frames a certain man with a mustache and a coat. The terrified seller decided to turn to experts. They immediately declared that they did not believe in ghosts, and put forward their own version.

Sergey Pinchuk, independent expert of video and audio files:

"I would say it's some kind of smoke, or it's still a flaw in the video codec of this equipment."

But the woman claims: the camera is new and there simply cannot be any malfunctions. According to experts, such traces are, if not equipment failure, then just an optical illusion, because a lot depends on what gets into the lens and at what angle.

But whatever was on the camera, it went further. It got into the store, Natalia assures. It became loud to stomp and knock on the windows. Then the woman called a psychic. The hereditary magician inspected the store, did not find a ghost, but felt a crime.

Galina Vidia, psychic:

"There was a murder here. Somewhere in this place. That is, there is definitely nothing you can do to help."

With the help of higher powers, or maybe just a good memory, the medium was right. In the summer of 2012, a crime was indeed committed near the store. A businessman has dealt with his competitor. The criminal was convicted. Since then, something has been walking around the city, while constantly changing its appearance.
