Initial data
A bright white ball with a strange pattern was seen in the sky by Hengelo (Overijssel).
An eyewitness writes:
I was lying on the couch indoors when I saw a white sphere flash through the window. I jumped up from the sofa and went to the window.
Then for about 3 more seconds I saw a bright white ball moving from left to right, with a strange curve flying from west to northeast. Certainly not a shooting star or satellite.
Original news
Hypotheses
Satellite
Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.

Investigation
It can be assumed that this is the ISS. The ISS always moves from west to east and makes one revolution in about an hour and a half.
