Initial data
A large white round disk was observed by an eyewitness from the city of Raalte (Overijssel).
He's writing:
I saw a big round white disk flying quite low. At first I thought about the ISS. But it wasn't her. This one was a surprisingly bright color. But short-lived.
Suddenly the rage was gone. And it went straight up. And then everything disappeared.
Very strange. I would like to take a video or photo from my mobile phone, but unfortunately it was inside the charger.
Original news
Grote witte ronde schijf
Heel apart.
Hypotheses
Satellite
Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
Investigation
This is probably a flash from an ordinary satellite.
