December 20, 1990. Time: 17.40. The eyewitness is a resident of Leninogorsk (now Ridder – author's note) V. Pyankova.
- I was returning from work from the city to the First district when I saw a glowing round spot with a notch in the sky. It gave off a bright glow, like a searchlight. It stood there for a while, then the bright light disappeared. A point larger than a star flew towards the village of Transversal and disappeared.
