It was back in 2012, I was on a public tour of ESP and took a lot of photos. I don't remember what kind of prison block it was, but every prison block that we couldn't get around, I made sure to take a picture of the entire corridor. Going back, I noticed... something... right away, as did most of the people I showed it to.
To date, this is probably the second best photo of what I consider to be the paranormal. Let me know what you all think!

Eastern State Penitentiary - Closed Cell Block
Evening all! So back in 2012 I was on a public tour of ESP and taking a lot of pictures. I don’t remember which cell block this was, but every cell block we couldn’t go down, I made sure to take a shot of the entirety of the hallway. Going back through I noticed… something… immediately, as has most of the people who I’ve shown this to. To date, it’s probably the second best picture I have of what I believe to be paranormal.
