Initial data
2 white dots noticed by an eyewitness from Amsterdam:
I went out to look at the ISS.
At first I thought I saw it, but the white dot was much higher and did not move in the path of the ISS.
It was moving from southwest to northeast at about the same speed as the ISS.
Less than 2 seconds later I saw at the same height??? The same white dot was moving at the same speed from the southeast to the northwest and again it was not the ISS, because just in time the ISS flew along the correct route 20-30 seconds later in the direction to the east at a good altitude (much lower than other points).
The ISS is always very clearly visible, these two points were not there, and if this had happened in the world of aviation, it would have been on the verge of a miss.
PS. I am sure that these were not planes, because they do not fly above the ISS, and the points were at least twice as high as the ISS.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a video or photograph.
Original news
2 witte stippen kruisen elkaar
Hypotheses
Satellite
Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.

Investigation
We can assume that this is a Starlink.
