This is a fragment of a photo that is usually called "Devil Boy" or "Goblin from Peru". This creature is identical in appearance and pose to a sculpture from the Cheddar Showcaves & Gorge theme Park, Somerset, England. Similarly in #1689580561 and #1689581389
