On September 7, 1984, around the beginning of 4 o'clock in the morning, my father woke me up and called me to the window. There was a bright blue ball high in the sky from the horizon, circles (I) diverged from it, moving at a low speed. At a great distance from the ball, the circles became larger in diameter, but less bright, until they disappeared completely.

The phenomenon is amazing, beautiful, but at that moment I wanted to sleep most of all, and when I got to bed, I fell asleep.

About half an hour later I was woken up again. This time, Mom was already standing at the window. The ball noticeably moved away, i.e. it became smaller in diameter and moved slightly up and to the right, but a glow appeared above the horizon line, very similar to the Northern Lights (II) (it was about 4 o'clock in the morning). I fell asleep again, but at about 6 o'clock I got up myself, my parents were not sleeping. Only a red stripe remained from the radiance, and a blue ball (III, IV) hovered over it, which then disappeared.

Leaving for work (at 7-35) I could still see a narrow red stripe above the horizon from the trolleybus, it was already light.\Of course, we need to write to you right away, but we thought that someone would do it without us, because the phenomenon was observed not only by us, people passing along our street stopped and looked at what was happening in the sky. we were waiting for maybe there would be an article in the newspaper, but we didn't get anything.
