Initial data
A student of the 7th grade from the city of Pushkin (Leningrad region), Timur, writes to the Commission on:
I spent the whole summer vacationing with my mom in Tbilisi. One evening in July or August, I don't remember exactly, she came and told me this: at 10 o'clock in the evening she was going, like everyone else, to leave work (she worked at the Tbilisi Sea Tour Station), and on leaving she saw a cluster of tourists staring at the sky. Approaching one woman, she asked, "What is it?" She was told that there had just been an incomprehensible phenomenon over the Tbilisi reservoir.
an unknown object hung over the reservoir, yellow in color and round in shape, while it was visible as day. Lights were flashing around him, when the object was moving away, green gas was visible, and after that there was a cloud, yellow and green, which gradually blurred.
Where my mother lived, there lived a boy, my friend, he arrived a few days after this phenomenon. I told him the story that my mother told me when she heard it (he came from the camp, I think from Kazbegi), he told me that he saw exactly this, only closer, and that this object hung for 3-4 days at night, and in the morning there was a yellow cloud that gradually blurred until the evening and it was getting wider and wider. And he also told me what they saw at night, as in the daytime.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
