What I saw was in the Leningrad region, Luga district, Mshinskaya station, gardening Obukhovets 1.
It was in early August 1984 (the night was warm). At my site at night I saw in the sky, but not high, the light of an electric bulb. I was surprised because we don't have electricity.
I began to observe. The light increased to the size of the moon, and then suddenly all sparkled, played, and suddenly somehow immediately increased several times in size and took an oval shape with horizontal and vertical very luminous lines (like glowing hoops at a distance of 4-5 km from each other).
Then the ball shrank, sparkled all over again and began to move away from west to east, and with dawn it did not become visible at all.
