Dear fellow scientists!
We read your article "Exactly at 4.10" and decided to write that in the summer of August 1984 we saw something similar. It was in the Arkhangelsk region in the city of Karapol, at 3-4 o'clock in the morning. we noticed a small dot in the sky, which gradually increased to the size of a penny. At first it was plain, and then blue, green, and red colors appeared on it. then a ray fell from it to the ground and it was light green.
Then the object began to rise and fall. that's it. it was about 3 minutes.
it became, then bright, then dim, and then it disappeared and a bright spot remained in the sky.
