On this occasion, I can inform you that at the beginning of September 84, I observed a similar phenomenon described in the article from 4.00 to 6.00.

When I took up my post at 4.00, I already saw a large light green round spot, there was a tail at the bottom of the spot, it all looked like a comma. Then, for several hours, the tail was constantly stretched, it turned out to be an airplane, only without wings. The tail turned out to be a round spot. I'll try to draw.
