Initial data
From a letter to the Commission on:
After reading your article "At 4.10" I decided to write to you that I saw this flying object twice.
The first time was in 1982, the second on September 6 in 1984, and surprisingly, the time converges 4-10 am.
In 1982, we came from Moscow by bus because there were a lot of products, I often took them to the garage to transfer everything in my hands. When I began to close the gate, I looked at the horizon of Vologda, a brightly glowing dot appeared, at first I thought a satellite, but it becomes bigger than a football, and it flew vertically upwards, after a few minutes beams of light in the form of a tent went down from it. as she ascended, she emitted beams of light, as if pushing off, putting one on top of the other.
As they climbed, they became less noticeable, then this ball melted. and after him, there was a pure blue glow in the form of a hook in the clear sky.
And in 1984, my friends V. Shubin and V. Chegodaev and I went to Totma for cranberries. We left at 2-30 and on the way we saw this light object again, but in a different way, as I saw it myself.
he was flying at the level of cirrus clouds, as if crossing our course by car at an angle of 60 degrees. We also saw beams of light, but less clearly, i.e. apparently the flight altitude was higher than the first time during vertical takeoff.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
