After reading an article in "Trud" entitled "Exactly at 4.10", I decided to tell you my observations. On September 9 (or 7th, I don't remember exactly), 1984, I left Kirov on the AN-24 "Moscow-Kirov-Ukhta-Salekhard" plane.

The plane was delayed for about 2 hours and we took off at 2:25 a.m. A little time has passed, how much, I can't tell you exactly. I couldn't sleep. I was sitting with my son in the first seat by the window, on the left side of the cabin of the plane. I began to look out the window and noticed two of the brightest stars among all the stars and looked at one, then at the other, they were at a short distance from each other.

And suddenly a bright ray of light burst out of one, but it was small, directed at the ground, or rather, at the clouds, because we were flying over the thickness of clouds. Then it went out and immediately a wider and more powerful beam of light appeared, but not as bright as the first one, and he changed direction, as if he was looking for something, and for a moment he returned to our side, but the plane did not get into the zone of his light and I saw a dazzling white dot surrounded by concentric in circles. Then it returned to its original position and went out, it seemed to be turned off, and the light slowly dissipated, turning green, and the star stood still and did not blink.

I looked around, but all the passengers were asleep and there was no one to share it with. I decided that it might be astronauts working on board the ship, but the star was motionless, improbable, very bright, and the beam that came from it was some kind of icily cold and very bright.

I think that all this happened somewhere at 4 - 4.30, since according to-

tom announced that our plane will not land in Ukhta

due to low clouds, and Salekhard is about an hour and a half away, and at exactly six in the morning we were in Salekhard.

I asked the passengers who were flying back to Uhuu if anyone had seen the star, but no one saw it - they were asleep.

Of course, what I saw is very little compared to what I read about, but what I described, I saw really and I'm sure that I saw exactly the UFO that was discussed in the article. Maybe my observations will be useful to you in some way.
