About a month ago, in the morning, I went to the bus stop, located 15 minutes away from our house. Halfway to the stop, I noticed a not very bright glow in the sky (and it was about 7-05 or 7-10 in the morning - it was still dark), in the form of a light column, which did not have sharp limited contours. This "pillar" did not begin on the ground, it dissipated near the ground. In height, it reached about 1 \ 3 of the firmament, where it gradually dissipated.

The brightness of the pillar was not enough for him to immediately draw attention to himself. The moon at this time shone 3-4 times brighter. The light column was strictly perpendicular to the earth, constant in shape, and did not change in space. 

In my opinion, the distance to "him" was about 50-70 km. Then after a while, about 2 minutes later, I noticed on the other side of the moon another similar "pillar" could be seen only by focusing all my attention. I stood still and watched for a while, then hurried to the bus. at the bus stop for 3-4 minutes I could still distinguish these 2 pillars, but their brightness began to decrease somewhat. Then I got on the bus and left. I have not seen such a phenomenon again. The air temperature at this time was about -20 degrees, without wind. The sky is apparently cloudy (in a haze), because I don't remember if there were stars. The total observation time is about 10 minutes.
