Having read the article "Exactly at 4.10" in the newspaper "Trud" from 30.01.85, I want to inform you that I observed a similar phenomenon over our city last autumn. Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact date, but it happened somewhere either at the end of August or in September. And it was like this: I was returning from the bath at 21-30. I was walking, suddenly a passerby stops and asks, "look, what is this new phenomenon of nature." He was walking towards me, so I couldn't see what was behind me. I turned around and saw: quite high above the horizon, somewhere to the northeast from us, a very strong light source, with a halo around, motionless. I watched him for 5 minutes, maybe more. Then it went out. In its place, a faintly glowing cloud of regular shape remained. It was not accompanied by any noise.
