An article in the newspaper "Exactly at 4.10 interested me. I don't know exactly when it happened. There is no date in the article. But here's what I learned from my sister and father.

My sister works in a woodworking plant in a boiler room (she is an electronics technician). She took the shift on January 30, 1985 at 21-00. Around 23-00, the entire territory of the plant was illuminated with a bright light. All the houses and objects were very clearly visible. The light was like a fluorescent lamp, bluish. It lasted about 2 seconds. She did not pay any attention to it, she thought that there was a short circuit in the lighting line of the factory territory. She only noticed at that moment that electric motors (smoke pumps) everyone buzzed with an indistinct sound, not like the sound of the start, or the sound when the phase disappears. Buzzed, but rotated normally further.

On January 31, 1985 (on the same night) at about 3-00 the engines hummed again, a bright light appeared again. she thought it was a short circuit somewhere in the power line and waited for the engines to shut down. This was repeated at 7 and 9 o'clock. At 7-00 this light was noticed by another worker who was on shift. She told her sister that she saw lightning on the north side.

The father at 7-00 also saw this light for about 1 second on the north side. He noticed that a very strange figure of this light. I asked him to draw and he drew what the figure looked like.

He also did not pay attention to it, he thought that there was a short circuit in the wires of the electric railway.
