Initial data
A horizontal white flash of light was seen in the sky of the city of Titjerk in cloudy weather for 1 second.
Size: wide/horizontal from the ground, several meters from 1 to 3.
Color: Bright white
Sound: no
Height: it's hard to say. The flash of light was under the clouds.
Movement: A quick wide flash for 1 second under fairly thick clouds.
To give evidence; two people saw the same thing.Having looked
Aside for a few minutes, no sound, no planes, no thunder, no fireworks were observed.
I can't figure out if it was a satellite. I do not know which program I can use for this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hypotheses
The storm
The storm is an atmospheric phenomenon in which the inside of clouds or between the cloud and the earth's surface arise electrical discharges - lightning accompanied by thunder. It is quite a common natural phenomenon in certain situations could be considered something abnormal, such as when it appears under unusual conditions or unfamiliar to the eyewitness. A vivid example is the so-called "snow storm" (or "snow storm"), i.e. thunderstorm, which is when rain falls heavy snow, freezing rain or ice pellets.
Light sources on clouds
Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
Pyrotechnics
This category includes not only pyrotechnic projectiles visible in the sky, but also traces of exploded projectiles, their fragments and other similar activities.
Pyrotechnics is a branch of technology related to the technology of preparing combustible compounds and burning them to obtain a certain signal or effect.
