I read with interest a note in the "Work" "Exactly at 4.10." I would like to inform you about a similar phenomenon. I live in Komi ASSR G. Uchta P. Water. It's a pity, of course, the date when this phenomenon occurred, no one can say for sure, but the time is about 17-15 (20) Moscow time, everyone remembers. Since most people were returning home after work from the Progress factory, I was with my girlfriend in this mass of people. Suddenly we noticed that many people began to stop and look at the sky, of course we also paid attention, it was like nothing, neither an airplane nor a satellite. A black cloud, glowing inside, with a white-yellow light, an emerald tail was coming from it, this cloud stood for 5 minutes over the village, then moved towards the east.
When it was moving, a small glowing ball separated from it, and before our eyes it slowly faded away. Of course, if we had known that there was a Commission on AI, we would have written immediately, there were a lot of conversations, everyone assumed different options, up to a spy satellite, but this is not surprising, because no one has ever seen such a thing.
Sorry we can't tell you the date, but the month, the end of October is for sure, my neighbors at the entrance also saw this phenomenon.
