I don't know if what I'm writing about relates to your research. Unfortunately, I can't name the exact date, I didn't remember the number, but in the second half of December 1984, at 18:00, my son and I went to kindergarten for our daughter. It was frosty, the stars were shining brightly, I immediately noticed a green cloud. It hung motionless above the ground. His position was not horizontal at all. One thin end was slightly lowered, the other was raised, the wide end. Half an hour later we were returning home, the cloud was in the same place. It seemed to me a little lighter, but it is possible that the fog began to thicken from the frost.
I thought about it.it's nothing like the northern lights. And I was surprised that in a completely black sky this cloud was green, it did not phosphorescent, did not glow, it was just green. And, perhaps, the shape was strange for a cloud. Like smoke from a chimney: thin at the beginning and wide, rounded at the end. I think a lot of people have seen it.
