On April 27, at 23-20, we observed a very interesting phenomenon.

I left the house and suddenly heard a very loud hissing behind me. I was scared of this hissing, but I began to look around, I saw a bright orange ball that was going up and down. When it descended, it went out, and rising up it shone brightly, then disappeared behind the forest. This phenomenon was observed by many residents of our village.

And here's what my daughter and a classmate saw at that time.

- We were standing under a mountain. Suddenly they heard a loud hiss, looked around, saw first flashes in the form of fireworks, when it fell they heard pops. After a while, there was lighting on the ground, while they saw a brown figure in the form of a jacket with large black buttons, similar to a massive man, but they did not see either a head or a clear outline of legs.

The flashes were instantaneous. The fireworks were bright crimson over the forest, and the lighting was instantaneous several times seen on the ground. The lighting occupied a large area. What could it be?
