I live in the city of Pechera. I read your article in the newspaper Trud. I want to write to you about a phenomenon. In November 1984, a bright blue cloud appeared in the dark sky. Gradually, this cloud began to blur, becoming bright green. The cloud was moving forward, and a tail began to rise to the top. He rose higher and higher, a small glowing dot burst out of him. After flying over, the dot gradually disappeared. The cloud continued to float for a long time, but then it also dissolved.
I do not know what it was, but maybe this phenomenon has a connection with UFOs.
