Reading the newspaper "Trud" about the abnormal glow, I decided to write to you. I do not know what it was, but many residents of our city and my friend Galya and I watched it. We live in the city of Rostov, Yaroslavl region, in our city there is Lake Nero and we observed this glow over the lake.
It was somewhere in the month of December, in the evening. We were walking and noticed people standing at a bus stop in the city center and looking at the sky. Galya and I also looked where the people were looking and saw a star, light comes from the star, like from a searchlight below, there is a dark round and large spot around the star, behind this spot there is another one, but even darker, and then there is a blue sky. At first we thought it was some kind of light in the Kremlin, but when we came out into the open, we saw that it was not in the Kremlin, but in the sky itself. Then the star gradually disappeared, then the ray disappeared, and then these circles that were around the star.
